RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Creatie® follows a strict quality‑first and fairness‑based return policy.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery, OR
  • The product received is significantly different from the product description

Proof Requirement

Customers must provide clear photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery showing the damage or issue.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen or printing differences
  • Products used or damaged after delivery

Return of Product

If a return is approved, the customer must send the product back to Creatie® in its original packaging, with all items intact and unused.

The return shipping address will be shared after approval of the return request.

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected and evaluated by our team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Approval or rejection of a refund is decided on a case‑by‑case basis after evaluation. Creatie® reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds or replacements.

Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be processed via UPI to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Note

All Creatie® products are printed on demand after an order is placed. Therefore, unnecessary or fraudulent return requests are strictly declined.
